On release day the pupils walk down to their local burn to release their fish. If there isn’t a suitable watercourse within walking distance we will bus the pupils to their closest river for their release. The whole class enjoys an hour or so down at the river and everyone gets the chance to say farewell to their own fish!

The final format of the release day will be arranged between the Head Teacher and the visiting Clyde River Foundation Scientist
